If you are evaluating us for an RFP, a sole-source justification, or a pilot engagement, these are the questions we hear most often.
Ask procurement directly- If your state or cooperative purchasing organization has a contract vehicle we can ride, we will. If not, we will help you scope a sole-source or competitive bid that survives an audit. Tell us the contract number when you reach out and we will confirm eligibility in one business day.
- When the operational case is clear (specialized equipment, brand-locked fleet, incumbent maintenance, or a documented emergency), we will help you draft a sole-source justification that holds up to FOIA, an inspector general, or a town counsel review. When the case is not clear, we will tell you to go to bid and help you write the spec.
- We write acceptance testing into the spec up front, then run point on the acceptance test as your independent representative. If a deliverable does not match the bid, we document the gap in writing and walk it through change-order or contract-performance remedies with you — not after the fact, not with a friendly phone call to the vendor.
